The Internet Configuration System stores shared Internet preferences like your Email address and prefered JPEG Viewer and so forth. NetPresenz uses your settings to figure out extension mappings and web MIME types. You should get the latest version of Internet Config (1.2 as at January 1996) and run it at least once to initialise those mappings and fill in your personal details.
